Viewing emails in Plain Text in outlook

From Lockergnome Technology News
PocketKnife Peek is an Outlook add-in for screening your e-mail as plain text before opening it in Outlook. The add-in can be used to view all Outlook message formats, but is aimed particularly at averting the threats lurking in HTML mail. A convenient tabbed view lets you easily examine the: Message in plain text, HTML source (if any), Internet header, and attachments…. PocketKnife Peek is a COM add-in that works with Outlook 2000 or later.

Why cant MS think about such features?

This day my sister woke me up, reason of she saw that her outlook emails had lost. I started deciding this problem. I used the Google and by chance observed there an unusual tool, which within a minute solved out the trouble, probably it could do the same thing here - how to save contents of a pst file.
